Party Room Time & Skate Time
SESSION TIMES: (FRI 7-10:30 PM, SAT 12:30-4 PM, SUN 1:30-5 PM) *

I understand that me and my guest need to arrive when the session starts. My time I chose in the party room is not my arrival time. My time in the party room is time for refreshments and opening gifts.

Public Party/Public Pizza Party Fee *

I understand that my reservation price covers the BIRTHDAY GUEST and 9 other skaters/children and regular skate rental. Speed skates $4 extra per skater – (There is a $10.00 charge for each additional skater over 10 skaters) No Refunds! A Debit/Credit card must be left in the front office on arrival to pay for any overages. The card will not be charged until you come check out after the party.

I understand that my Public Party/Public Pizza Party fee provides a place setting (a drink, plate, fork and napkin) for the BIRTHDAY GUEST and 9 skaters/children – the skating rink does not supply drinks, cups, plates etc for the non skating guest that are not on your guest list. If you would like something specific in the childrens cups besides Pepsi, please include it in the comment section or send us an email.

No Outside Food, PIZZA or Drinks *

I understand that I cannot bring outside food, PIZZA or drinks into the skating rink except for the birthday cake, chips or individual ice cream cups. I also understand that it is MY responsibility to make sure all my guest keep ALL food and drinks INSIDE the party room.

A SKATER GUEST LIST IS REQUIRED prior to the party day. Please include all invited children and skaters. *The list MUST BE SUBMITTED at least 24 hours prior to your party. NO BANNERS OR BALLOON ARCHES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN PARTY ROOMS.

I understand the list MUST BE SUBMITTED in person, sent via Facebook Messenger or emailed to info@SkateGadsden.com at least 24 hours prior to the party.
