PUBLIC PARTIES
You and your guest may skate for the ENTIRE SKATE SESSION! So, please be sure to arrive when the skate session starts. Your time for refreshments and opening gifts will start at the time you reserved on the calendar.
Please note that your Party Room time is not the arrival time for the party.
Please do not enter your party room until your party is called. Our Party rooms will seat up to 32 children.
When you arrive please take your cake etc to the snack bar. Our hostess will prepare your room for your party.
*Please note that your Party Room is reserved for 45 minutes. At the end of your 45 minutes the hostess will clean the room to prepare for the next reservation.
*No Scooters etc allowed. No Banners or Balloon Arches of any kind allowed. NOTHING allowed taped to the wall! No pinatas, glitter, confetti, or silly string.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due at time of making reservation. No Refunds. Your Party Package covers up to 10 skaters/children including the birthday child ($10 for each additional skater/child). No charge for Non-Skating parents or grandparents.
***Parties are designed for 1 birthday child. If you are having an additional birthday child there is an additional $50 charge.
GUEST LIST
A SKATER GUEST LIST IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE PARTY DAY. Please include ALL invited skaters/children on the list.
*Guest list must be turned in at least 24 hours prior to your party. It can be brought in person, sent via facebook messenger or emailed to us at info@SkateGadsden.com.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide a table covering, plates, napkins, forks, and a drink for each skater/child on the guest list. THE BIRTHDAY GUEST GETS A $5 GAME CARD AND A FREE T-SHIRT! (We do not supply drinks, cups, plates, etc. for the non skating parents.)
ARE OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS ALLOWED?
No other outside food or drinks allowed. No Outside Pizzas allowed.

A birthday cake or cupcakes, individual bags of chips, and individual ice cream cups may be brought in for the birthday party.
(NO ICE CREAM CAKES – WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM TO STORE THEM)
Can I order extra pizza and drinks from the snack bar?
Pizzas may be bought at our snack bar. Our Homemade 16″ Thin Crust Pizza is $14. You can choose pepperoni or cheese!

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
You are responsible for bringing the birthday cake, chips, ICE, drinks, decorations, table coverings, plates, cups, utensils etc that you may need for the party. No other outside foods allowed other than the birthday cake, chips, dip or individual ice cream cups. Outside drinks are allowed at a private party.
No Ice Cream Cakes – we do not have room to store them.

MY PARTY
Scooters and small push/riding toys ARE allowed during a private party. Non-Motorized only. No Bicycles. Skate Trainers are NOW AVAILABLE – You may rent the entire group of “10” trainers for $50 for the length of your party -OR- each individual skater can rent for $5 per hour or $10 for 3 hours. Requires a $10 deposit that will be returned when trainer is returned in same shape as it was rented. Helium filled balloons only or balloon arches allowed. No pinatas, glitter, confetti, or silly string. Banners may be hung if you have a stand.
